How to Apply

The application deadline for the 2009 Fellowship is October 10, 2008. Eligible applicants are graduates of a health care management program (MHA, MHSA, MPH, or MBA program with focus in health care administration). Applicant must graduate and hold a degree prior to the start of the fellowship, July 2009.

Application and accompanying materials must be received by October 10, 2008, and sent to:

Note: Application packets received after October 10, 2008 will not be considered.

Required application portfolio materials are:

• Current resume
• One-page statement of objectives
• Three letters of recommendation: At least one from a current or former employer, and at least one from a graduate school professor
• Official graduate school transcript

Finalists will be selected and will be notified that they have been selected for a final interview. For the final interviews, 10 applicants will travel to New York City to visit NYU Langone Medical Center and have an on-site interview on December 15, 2008. These interviews are scheduled from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
