Scheduling an Appointment

Office visits are by appointment only. Please plan your visit in advance so that we may accommodate your preferred time. Emergency visits can often be accommodated by calling the office, but will not always be with your physician.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please contact the office at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment to someone in need of an immediate appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $75 fee for noncancellation. Please note, that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment your appointment may be rescheduled.

Our center is open from Monday through Friday. However, our telephone hours are from:

Monday – Thursday: 9:00am-12:00pm; 1:00pm-5:00pm

Friday: 9:00am-12:00pm; 1:00pm-3:00pm

All calls will be answered by our answering service during all other times.
