Audit and Compliance Committee of the Board of Trustees

The Audit and Compliance Committee of the Boards of Trustees (the “Compliance Committee”) is established, in part, for the purpose of assisting the Boards in the oversight of the Medical Center’s regulatory compliance and business ethics program. The purpose, authority, composition, duties and responsibilities of this committee are fully described in the Committee Charters of the NYU Hospitals Center and New York University School of Medicine Foundation.
