Compliance Program management is executed through the Office of Audit and Compliance under guidance of the Compliance Officer, Thomas Feuerstein. The Compliance Program’s financial support is the joint responsibility of the Hospitals Center and the School of Medicine.

The Directors of Compliance work closely with the Vice President of Audit and Compliance, the Management Compliance Steering Committee, General Counsel, clinical and non-clinical departments, faculty practice plans, and billing personnel to foster and enhance compliance with applicable legal and institutional requirements.
