New veterinary service charges for the fiscal year '08 were approved. These rates are effective December 1, 2007.
For the updated rates, please go to www.med.nyu.edu/dlar, look under FAQs, Per diem rate & Veterinary Service Charges. No new per diem rates have been enacted.

Animal Order Submission Deadline Due to the Martin Luther King Holiday on Monday, Jan 21st.
Animal orders need to be submitted no later than 12 noon, Friday, January 18^th (instead of Monday, Jan 21st) for deliveries between Jan 26-Feb 2. *You will receive an email notification on Friday, Jan 19th after the 12 noon deadline. If you do not receive an email, please notify DLAR at x35308, or email: banksc02@med.nyu.edu as soon as possible. Counteroffers emails will be sent out on Tuesday, Jan 22^nd as usual, please be sure to answer your counteroffer ASAP, preferably by the end of the day. * Due to the shortened week, please submit all cancellations and/or changes to standing orders ASAP before the end of Friday. *

When ordering animals on the Web, please be sure to put in the correct delivery days.
Regular Delivery Schedule, for Animal Orders, are:

Taconic - Friday of the same week, Tuesday of the following week
Charles River- Tuesday of the following week
NIH - Tuesday of the following week
Jackson - Wednesday of the following week
Covance - Tuesday of the following week
Hilltop - Tuesday of the following week
Harlan - Wednesday of the following week
Charles Sullivan – Wednesday of the following week
ABI - Mondays
