Special Projects is a newly formed department whose mission is to bring focus and closure to initiatives/issues that are outside the daily functioning of most departments, yet impacts those departments. The department is currently addressing numerous issues, including but not limited to the following:

• Chart of Accounts
• BRIO (Web-Based Financial Query Tool) Implementation
• Inventory Appraisal and Management
• New Shared Services Agreement
• Supply Chain Initiatives
