NYCFC launches Community Outreach Program
The NYCFC launched its new Community Outreach Program to promote cardiovascular health in identified at risk populations that suffer from poor access to healthcare within New York City. The NYCFC community outreach initiative will allow the clinic to perform large-scale screenings that address the health needs of a more diverse patient population than would be possible at the clinic itself.

The NYCFC is looking to expand and needs additional physician volunteers. Please help make equitable healthcare access available to more of New York's uninsured.
