Two fellows are selected each year. The fellows become experienced with clinical microvascular transplantation, re-plantation surgery and surgery of the peripheral nerves. This includes facial microvascular free flap restoration. The fellows also have the opportunity for clinical research and laboratory research. The fellows are based at both the Tisch Hospital and Bellevue Hospital for clinical duties and work under the direction of Dr. Court Cutting.
