The National Foundation for Facial Reconstruction Supports the Programs of the Institute for Reconstructive Plastic Surgery
The Institute wishes to acknowledge the financial assistance of the National Foundation for Facial Reconstruction (NFFR), without whose continued aid the Institute could not continue its activities.
Founded in 1951, the National Foundation for Facial Reconstruction is the Institute's principal sponsor. The NFFR's mission is to enable people with facial disfigurement to lead productive, fulfilling lives through its comprehensive treatment, including the social and psychological needs of those affected.
The NFFR has sponsored patient care, medical research, professional training and promoted education to increase the public's understanding of the special circumstances of people with facial disfigurement.
